FAQ

The Villages, FL Residential & Commercial Roofing FAQs

You might find some of the common responses useful.

  • People in my neighborhood are getting new roofs. Can I get one?

Perhaps. There are several possible reasons your neighbor might be getting a new roof. We can help with all of them!

    1. Material Warranty Claims: Occasionally, a manufacturer produces materials that are defective. We can help determine whether or not YOUR shingles fall into this category and can help guide you through the claim process.

    2. Storm Damage: Florida gets its fair share of storms. It is possible your roof sustained damage that would warrant an insurance claim. We can help you make that determination and use our years of experience to make the process as simple as possible.

    3. Insurance Cancellation Notice: Florida permits insurance companies to compel replacement of your roof, often well before the useful life of the roof has expired. We can help you select the most cost effective way to replace your roof and restore your coverage.

    4. It's just time: Some folks get a full 30 plus years out of their roof. If this is you, congratulations! Unfortunately, shingles wear down over time and your roof may just be ready for replacement.

  • Can I get by with just a repair?

Maybe…maybe not. We have seen it all and we will send someone out that will shoot you straight. If a repair is sufficient, THAT is what we will do. If you need more, we will tell you WHAT and tell you WHY. We will also look for ways that the manufacturer or insurance company might cover the cost (see above). Either way, we will give YOU the information you need to make a good decision and trust that you will do just that!

  • Do you service The Villages?

Of course! In fact, we are a registered vendor with The Villages and we stand ready to help you out.

  • What types of roofing do you do?

    All of them!

Residential - shingles, metal, tile, steep, flat…you name it.

Commercial - Single-ply (TPO/PVC/EPDM), built-up (modified bitumen and rolled), metal and tile.
