Hiring Nieves & Baker Roofing was the best decision we could have made.We contacted 6 different roofing companies. One never called back, one gave us a quote that was double the 2nd highest quote, one complained about how they were overbooked and could take up to 6 months to start while quoting us higher prices (because of supply & demand), one gave us a lower quote but had terrible reviews about using subpar materials and sometimes never finishing the job correctly, the 5th one finally ended  up calling us 2 months after us contacting them. Then there was Nieves & Baker, who called us back immediately and gave us a fair quote.The girls in the office were very good at answering all of our questions and giving great suggestions. They gave us the option to choose from inventory that they had in the warehouse which sped up the process since we wouldn't have to wait for the materials.

What a wonderfully custom-oriented business.  I dealt mostly with Greishalie and she was amazing!  She made everything very convenient and kept me up to date during the entire project—from estimate to final inspection process.  She’s very conscientious about her job.  I definitely highly recommend this family-run business.

He and his crew replaced a 16 year roof on our house.  Some plywood had become soft under the shingles; Carlos replaced it with better grade plywood sheets. Jobsite was kept in order (dumpster on site).  Crew showed up on time. We also asked them to repair 2 brand new roofs (on 2 brand new houses) another contractor had installed - they were already leaking after 2 months.  He's the man!!

Great company, great employees! Our new roof was installed in one day. The foreman walked around the house with us to make certain we were satisfied. The work area was cleaned prior to their departure. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family!
